  • Regulatory Compliance Lead – Oversee vehicle certification and regulatory approvals (FMVSS, IIHS, CARB, etc.).

  • Body-in-White (BIW) Engineer – Responsible for structural design, weld strategy, and crash performance.

  • Closures Systems Engineer – Lead engineering for doors, hoods, tailgates, and latching mechanisms.

  • Electrical Systems Engineer – Develop vehicle electrical architecture and harness integration.

  • Lighting Systems Engineer – Design and validate exterior and interior lighting systems to meet regulatory and design requirements.

  • Interior & HVAC Engineer – Design cabin layout, thermal systems, and occupant comfort solutions.

  • Simulation & Validation Engineer – Perform CAE/FEA simulations for structural, thermal, and NVH performance.

  • Color, Materials, and Finish (CMF) Designer – Define and source sustainable, premium finishes and material palettes.

  • Product Commercialization & Manufacturing Lead – Oversee the transition from prototype to scalable production and distribution.

Advanced Engineering Tools & Systems

  • Applied Machine Learning Engineer (3–4 openings) – Ideal candidates have experience with regression, simulation surrogates, or generative modeling.

  • Mechanical Engineer – Data-Driven Systems (2–3 openings) – Support tooling and simulation-focused workflows.

  • Software Engineer – Full Stack (3 openings) – Develop web-based tools that connect data pipelines to technical user interfaces. Frontend + backend experience required.

  • Geometry & Data Pipeline Developer (1–2 openings) – Familiarity with CAD or engineering geometry workflows preferred.

  • Data Operations & Insights Analyst – Organize, label, and prepare datasets for use in internal predictive tools and simulation pipelines.

Technical Product Strategy – Cross-Functional Systems

  • Product Manager – Internal Engineering Tools – Own product definition, team coordination, and delivery for advanced internal platforms. Prior internal tooling or PLM experience is a plus.

  • Compliance & Standards Research Analyst – Assist in mapping regulatory frameworks into structured logic. Transportation or engineering background ideal

  • Sourcing Strategy & Cost Analyst – Analyze part-level sourcing data, cost tiers, and supplier fit within product toolsets.

  • UX Designer – Technical Systems – Design user interfaces for internal engineering tools and in-vehicle digital experiences, focusing on intuitive interaction, functional clarity, and seamless integration between software and hardware.

Infrastructure & Tool Reliability

  • DevOps / MLOps Engineer – Deploy and maintain scalable internal infrastructure for data orchestration, model training, and CI/CD.

  • QA Engineer – System Stability – Validate functionality, performance, and usability across edge-case scenarios and tool versions.

Vehicle Production

  • Automotive Mechanic – Support assembly, diagnostics, and prototype testing.

  • Metal Fabricator – Shape and weld body structures and subassemblies.

  • Body Fabricator – Prepare exterior panels and functional hardware for paint & finishing.

  • Assembly Technician (2 openings) – Assemble vehicles to manufacturing-grade specifications.

  • Mechanical Assembly & Fitting – Execute structural and component assembly and alignment fixtures.

  • Electrical Wiring & Integration – Install and verify electrical harnesses, connectors, and control modules.

  • Quality Control / Testing – Inspect assemblies and perform functionality tests to ensure compliance with build specifications.

  • Paint & Finishing – Apply coatings, manage surface treatments, and perform final exterior detailing.

  • Final Inspection & Delivery Prep – Conduct full-vehicle inspection, install trim, and prep for transport.

  • Production Lead / Supervisor – Oversee team coordination, work order execution, and daily production flow.

  • Procurement & Parts Logistics – Manage material flow, inventory tracking, and inbound part readiness.

  • CAD / Engineering – Build and engineer production-ready parts and systems using CAD tools.

Marketing & Communications

  • Public Relations Lead – Drive media outreach, press releases, and brand messaging.

  • Social Media Manager – Build and manage community engagement across platforms.

  • Sales Lead – Lead vehicle sales outreach, dealer & distribution relationships, and revenue growth.

  • Partnership Lead – Focus on targeted marketing campaign and partnerships to boost brand awareness, develop strategic partnerships, lead collaborations with others both in and outside of the industry.

  • Customer Support – Provide timely responses to inquiries and after & pre-sales support, provide user training.

Finance & Accounting

  • Finance Director – Budgeting, forecasting, allocation of resources, expansion plans, work alongside investor relations to manage relationships, and comply with financial regulations.

  • Controller – Manage financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations.

  • Treasurer – Optimize capital structure, manage liquidity, and oversee cash flow and banking relationships.

  • Compliance Officer – Ensure compliance to regulations and internal policies.

  • Risk and Compliance Manager – Assist Compliance Officer in managing risk exposure and ensure compliance to regulations.

  • Legal Company Secretary – Manage board resolutions and documents, corporate constitutional documents, organizational documents. Support legal function as a secretary and paralegal.
