MAJOR PROGRESS ACHIEVED ON SAGA SEDAN

Alpha is expanding its consumer base and boosting its competitive edge by advancing other popular models.

As previously communicated in our updates, we have been leveraging the insights gained from the WOLF production program to enhance the preproduction of our EV lineup, which includes the popular SAGA series of sedans.

In our latest update, we are pleased to inform you that we have successfully updated engineering of the overall vehicle architecture to accommodate a competitive battery pack size, comparable to top-selling mid-size electric vehicles. This adjustment has been achieved while ensuring optimal occupancy comfort without compromising the sleekness of the SAGA. Additionally, we have streamlined the assembly process by reducing the number of components, thereby enhancing production efficiency and scalability. This significant engineering update boosts confidence to proceed with test vehicle production of the SAGA.

We believe that our commitment to efficient and effective product execution remains a significant advantage, and we are dedicated to continuing the advancement of preproduction development for our EV lineup.

Furthermore, with the funds raised, we are excited to announce our plans to showcase our other vehicles at major exhibitions and organize vehicle experience events similar to the ongoing WOLF truck production program. These initiatives will provide valuable opportunities to showcase our innovations to a broader audience and further solidify our position in the market.

We are actively working to provide development updates on other sought-after models, such as the ACE Coupe and JAX Crossover.
