What Alpha Motor is doing today in sustainable industrialization of electric vehicles will change the future of automotive.

1. Market Intelligence - Alpha is applying decades of vehicle commercialization experience. As an example, Alpha recently exhibited the Wolf and Wolf Plus trucks to over 500,000 visitors at the Seoul Mobility Show. We have received important feedback that guides our development to efficiently manage consumer expectations and achieve vehicle production. Market Intelligence data sparks the creation of Vehicle CAD.

2. Vehicle CAD - We are using digital development to reduce the carbon footprint of industrialization while efficiently creating and validating new vehicles into production. As an example, the Wolf electric trucks and every vehicle in Alpha's line up are created using the same methodology, which enables the company to streamline development and operate on a lean basis. Data from Market Intelligence, Supply Chain, Homologation, and Manufacturing is fed to efficiently create Vehicle CAD. Alpha's process here is unique because it has optimized vehicle development by going direct to 3D CAD production and we have done away with outdated methodologies derived from 2D. This is largely due to the fact that in 3D CAD, we are able to fully visualize how to achieve feasibility for large volume production.

3. Supply Chain - It is our experience that part of Vehicle CAD process is validated through integration of components which enables us to achieve functional and performance related specifications. Alpha has been working to reach the right layout and configuration of these components and simulating the results digitally to save time and costs. This is also done to minimize the need for physical prototypes and to efficiently manage our target feature list.

4. Homologation - The challenges of vehicle production are determined by the concept. The vehicle concept phase is a roadmap to vehicle production which includes confirming commercial feasibility, and where preparations are made to ensure certification and capacity for mass manufacturing. The vehicle concept must be done right for production to be efficient. Therefore, in many ways, the vehicle concept phase is the most influential to production. Alpha is again applying decades of vehicle commercialization experience to confirm market success at every milestone in production.

5. Manufacturing - At Alpha, vehicle creation starts from the perspective of the factory. This means that manufacturing feasibility is a crucial factor to quality control and achieving successful production longevity of our EVs. We are not here to make a single vehicle. Alpha exists to create a line of highly desirable and accessible EVs. Consistency in our product architecture, performance, and assembly is crucial to achieving our goal. We are taking this approach to optimize delivery of our EVs while balancing expectations in manufacturing, feasibility, and production efficiency. Looking solely at the Wolf truck and based on current projected demand at SOP, a production line with an initial capacity to manufacture 20K to 25K units annually may be sufficient. Scaling to significantly larger volumes is anticipated and it is our plan to streamline delivery.

6. Marketing & Sales - Alpha has been using its development, which is necessary to achieve production as assets for marketing. People can track and follow our commercialization roadmap. As an example, Alpha initially highlights its development through digital assets which are the same data used in production. These assets are also helpful to public exhibitions and understand consumer expectations. Consumer expectations quantify volume targets, which helps us to prepare sales. We have been working with vehicle distributors in Europe, the Middle East, and Korea to prepare sales and after service. In the U.S. we seek to set up a system for direct-to-consumer sales.

7. After Service - Alpha’s current vehicle distribution is equipped to provide maintenance and with the requisite experience for customer care. Alpha plans to expand vehicle distribution in this direction which includes after-service. Along the expected increase of our vehicle distribution, we will look to establish Alpha service centers and trust that the feedback from consumers will help guide the development of our brand experience. The actual establishment of such service centers is expected to be closer to SOP (Start of Production) and post SOP. In terms of maintenance itself, Alpha anticipates a new vehicle limited warranty protection of 50,000 miles. Specific components which include the vehicle battery and certain powertrain parts are projected to be covered for 100,000 miles. The intent of the warranty is to service parts manufactured or supplied by Alpha to maintain normal use after purchase of our vehicle. We also encourage review of the reference information regarding electric vehicle maintenance provided in our presentation which indicates that EVs cost 50% less to maintain when compared to gasoline vehicles due to the reduced amount of moving components, especially in the propulsion system where oil changes are no longer necessary.
