We are pleased to share highlights from 2025, reflecting progress across vehicle development, manufacturing readiness, brand awareness, and organizational growth.
Vehicle Development and Manufacturing
In 2025, Alpha Motor Corporation advanced the Alpha Wolf electric truck into pilot-phase, controlled-volume manufacturing and expanded its sales potential into specialty markets, establishing operational vehicle production activity during the year.¹
The Company continued development and refinement of the Alpha Wolf platform and variants, all based on Alpha Motor’s modular body-on-frame electric vehicle architecture. Engineering efforts in 2025 focused on production validation, compliance readiness, and integration of automotive-grade components to support near-term manufacturability and serviceability.¹
Production and Product Development Strategy
Alpha Motor prioritizes simplicity, repairability, and cost discipline in its engineering and production decisions. These priorities require additional upfront system validation and integration work, but are intended to reduce downstream manufacturing complexity, service burden, and cost volatility over the vehicle lifecycle.
The Company’s development planning incorporates observed execution challenges across the electric vehicle sector, including production delays, cost overruns, and quality issues experienced by manufacturers that pursued accelerated feature deployment or rapid scale-up prior to achieving production stability. While such observations inform internal planning, they do not eliminate the risks inherent in vehicle development and manufacturing.
Development timing and production cadence are also influenced by factors outside the Company’s direct control, including supplier lead times, tooling availability, regulatory review processes, and broader supply-chain conditions. Accordingly, Alpha Motor is progressing vehicle development and production in stages, prioritizing quality validation, pursuing higher production volumes.
Proprietary Engineering and Platform Development
During 2025, Alpha Motor continued to apply its proprietary engineering and production methodologies to support efficient vehicle development and manufacturing workflows. The Company also strengthened its modular EV chassis intellectual property position, which management believes supports scalability across multiple future vehicle programs.²
Market Interest and Customer Demand
As of December, 2025, Alpha Motor has surpassed 85,000 preorder indications globally, reflecting strong and sustained consumer interest.³
Brand Awareness and Market Recognition

Alpha Motor’s electric vehicles, Superwolf and REX, were named Most Anticipated ZEV nominees through 2025 THE ZEVAS, a consumer-voted awards program of the Los Angeles Auto Show reflecting public interest in zero-emission vehicles.⁷
Publications and Earned Media
In 2025, Alpha Motor received coverage from notable publications including the Los Angeles Times Business Magazine, which highlighted the Company’s design-driven approach, capital-efficient manufacturing strategy, and its flagship Alpha Wolf electric truck.⁴ Throughout the year, independent automotive and mobility media continued to feature Alpha Motor and the Alpha Wolf electric truck.
Brand Reach and Community Engagement
Matchbox Collaboration
In 2025, the Alpha Wolf was officially licensed and released as a Matchbox die-cast vehicle, expanding Alpha Motor’s brand visibility beyond traditional automotive channels and into global consumer retail.⁵
American Cancer Society Collaboration
During 2025, Alpha Motor supported the American Cancer Society, representing the Company’s Move Humanity® ethos and commitment to social impact efforts.⁶

Industry Context
In 2025, more than 25 percent of all new passenger cars sold worldwide were electric, marking a historic milestone in global electric vehicle adoption.¹⁰
During the same year, U.S. electric vehicle sales exceeded 1.2 million units in the first three quarters of 2025, representing the highest EV sales volume ever recorded in the United States for that period.¹¹
These industry developments reflect continued growth in electric vehicle adoption across both global and U.S. markets during 2025.
Bespoke Vehicle Program
The Company’s Bespoke Vehicle Program is underway as part of our controlled rollout, offering manufactured-to-order production of the Alpha Wolf electric truck. This phase enables us to refine our manufacturing and operational ecosystem to support future scaled production.
Preorder Indications
To provide clarity, it is important to distinguish between preorder indications and custom-built vehicle orders.
Preorder indications represent intent to buy and require no deposit. They help gauge market demand, guide product development, and inform manufacturing strategy. As of September 2025, Alpha Motor received over 85,000 preorder indications with $0 in ad expenses attributed to preorder acquisition costs.
Custom-built orders, on the other hand, are confirmed purchase orders with defined specifications and production scheduling. Each custom order is hand built to meet the buyer’s individual preferences, contributing to Alpha Motor’s initial rollout of limited-production vehicles.
Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply Chain
Our engineering team continues to refine all key vehicle systems, including battery architecture, drivetrain, safety, and electronic controls through our proprietary automotive development and validation process.
